Clyngwyn is a unique venue offering a range of accommodation set within the Brecon Beacons and on the door step of the Brecons largest group of magnificant waterfalls. We offer a choice of 4 star bunkhouse accommodation (with additional camping for bunkhouse users only) and B&B in our traditional welsh long house. With your choice of accommodation comes for acres of land for your exclusive enjoyment.
We are in the heart of waterfall country, and very near to the famous caves & waterfalls of Ystradfellte. The waterfalls of Clyngwyn are literally on our doorstep. Sgwd Clun Gwyn waterfall, the first of the falls on the Afon Mellte is only 500m from the farm just a short 5 minute walk away. We are the closest accommodation to the famous Sgwd Yr Eira waterfalls renowned for being able to walk behind them.

River Cabin our stone eco cabin and our small campsite are located in an old cider orchard in the Upper Wye Valley on the northern edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park.
The cabin sleeps 2 - 4 people in flexible accommodation with a double futon and 3 bunkbeds. It has a cosy kitchen / lounge, small slate floored dining porch and shower room. The dining porch opens onto an enclosed riverside garden with bistro table and chairs, fire pit and BBQ. If you fancy an evening sitting around a campfire or an outdoor cook up we can supply local charcoal and logs. The PV solar panels on the roof help provide green electricity and it has its own pure natural water supply. If you don’t fancy cooking, you can always treat yourself to one of our delicious veggie breakfasts or evening meals, or take a 2 mile stroll along the Wye Valley Walk to the local pub. Fantastic on and off road bike rides locally. If you bring your own bikes (or rent them here) you can lock them in our beautiful timber bike store with living sedum roof.
Two additional beds are available in a small en-suite bunkroom in the Mill.

Cantref Bunkhouse Accommodation is situated in the foothills of the Brecon Beacons and is the ideal retreat for walkers, cyclists, groups and families. The bunkhouses offer self-catered accommodation with views overlooking the Beacons.

The bunkhouses are 3 miles South East of Brecon where local amenities are available and we are within walking distance to the mountains.

The bunkhouses are part of a working farm with a riding centre and adventure farm step on the door step. We welcome school and youth groups.
Please note that the bunkhouses are no smoking and we do not allow dogs.

Catering is available from our cafe but must be ordered in advance.
